Description

Sarah Lemieux studies the intersections between collective action, legal expertise, and public governance. Her research focuses on how social actors engage judicial spaces to advance political and social claims. Using qualitative and comparative approaches, she investigates trajectories of legal mobilization and their institutional consequences. Her recent work examines transnational dimensions of legal activism and explores how contemporary democratic societies are reshaping modes of political participation through legal and judicial channels.
