The Chair is pleased to announce the launch of its new website. This platform is designed to improve access to research activities, publications, open datasets, and events organized by the team. The site also introduces dedicated spaces for ongoing projects, methodological resources, and international collaborations. This redesign reflects a broader commitment to improving knowledge dissemination and strengthening exchanges with academic and non-academic communities.

Mathieu Dufresne’s research examines the relationship between litigation practices, political regulation, and institutional change. He studies how various actors—including citizen groups, public administrations, and civil society organizations—mobilize legal frameworks to influence decision-making processes. His work pays particular attention to political legitimacy and the effects of judicial intervention on contemporary governance structures. He also contributes to comparative international projects exploring transformations in democratic institutions and the evolving role of legal mechanisms in public action.
